At Josie’s Hats, each piece is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Because of the custom and personal nature of our hats, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We understand that sometimes a hat may not be the right fit for you. While we cannot offer refunds or returns, we’re happy to help you resell your hat through our social media channels if you’d like assistance finding it a new home. Please note:

• We cannot ensure timing, price, or success of resale.

• You will remain responsible for handling payment and shipping with the buyer.
